Just today, my son pooped right on it as I was changing his diaper. Typically, once that yellow, mustardy poo gets on anything, you can guarantee the stain isn't coming out. I washed it and it looks like the day I took it out of the packaging.Purchased for nursery initially because I loved the price. Was about $20 cheaper than other changing pad covers I was looking at (etsy, land of nod...). It is s bright white with beautiful tones of blue, teals, gray and orange. Although I haven't used it yet, it looks great and feels quality. It does have holes for buckle to come through and very stretchy elastic will prevent shifting of fabric during diaper changes.This is very cute and looks so nice at my son's safari nursery. The fabric is so soft! It goes on the washer and dryer.Fits perfectly on my Summer infant changing pad with 4 sides!Was pooped and peed on almost right away and came out with no problem in the wash!Goes with my nautical theme perfectly!Really soft and durable after 11 months of use. I would recommend. The colors have stayed bright.This changing pad cover is not only cute, but it is soft, well made, and fits my changing table perfectly (I have the summer infant safe surround changing pad). It stands up well to washing. I have gotten quite a few compliments about this cover (I have a nautical/whale themed nursery). I would recommend this to a friend or family member.I love the color, design, and texture of this fabric. It is not waterproof so keep that in mind. It is not a concern for me, but you will need to wash each time it gets dirty as you can not easily wipe it clean.
